The flyer’s texts were written by Hans-Günter Klein, Gerhild Komander, Felix Müller-Stüler, Elke von Nieding, Thomas Lackmann, Sebastian Panwitz, and Ernst Siebel. The sites were depicted, along with short captions, on one of the twelve pages of the accordion flyer, and were also shown numbered on a map on the the reverse side. The graphic design was provided by buschfeld.com. The flyer’s creation was financed using unused funds from the grave-restoration project, i.e. with the aid of the Stiftung Preussische Seehandlung and the Jewish Community of Berlin. The costs of a 2000-unit print run were shared on a subscription basis among Geschichtsforum Jägerstrasse, the Mendelssohn-Gesellschaft, the Berlin Senate Chancellery’s Department of Cultural Affairs, the Moses-Mendelssohn-Zentrum in Potsdam, the Moses-Mendelssohn-Akademie in Halberstadt, Schloss Börnicke gGmbH, art:berlin, Berlin im Team, and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychosomatische Medizin.
An expanded edition and an English version are planned.
